Agreement to these terms
By using stripoutdemolitionperth.com.au or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms were last updated in August 2026 and may be revised by publishing an updated version on this page.
What this site is — and is not
This website is a lead referral service. It publishes general information about strip out demolition in the Perth metropolitan area and connects enquiries with independent third-party demolition contractors. The site's operator:
- does not carry out demolition, strip out, asbestos or any other trade work;
- is not a party to any contract you enter with a contractor;
- does not employ, control, supervise or direct any contractor; and
- does not verify any contractor's licence, insurance, qualifications or workmanship.
Any agreement for work — scope, price, timing, warranties, payment — is made directly between you and the contractor, on the contractor's terms. Read the disclaimer before engaging anyone; it explains the checks you should make yourself, including verifying the contractor's WorkSafe WA licence and insurance.
Information on this site is general only
Prices, timeframes, permit descriptions and regulatory summaries published on this site are general guidance current at the date shown on the relevant page, not quotes, legal advice or building advice. Regulations change and every property differs. Nothing on this site promises that any permit or approval will be granted, that any price band will apply to your job, or that any particular contractor will accept your work. Confirm regulatory questions with your local government, WorkSafe WA or your own professional advisers, and rely on a written quote — not this website — for pricing.
Your responsibilities when enquiring
You agree to provide accurate information in your enquiry, to only submit information about a property you own or are authorised to represent, and not to use the site or the phone number for spam, scraping, misrepresentation or any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout and imagery — belongs to the site operator or its licensors. You may view and share links to it; you may not republish or reproduce it commercially without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, the site operator excludes liability for any loss arising from your use of this site, reliance on its general information, or the acts, omissions or workmanship of any independent contractor you engage after being referred. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at the operator's election, to resupplying the referral service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party links
Pages on this site link to external resources such as legislation.wa.gov.au, wa.gov.au, worksafe.wa.gov.au and commerce.wa.gov.au. Those sites are not controlled by the operator, and linking to them is not an endorsement — always check that external information is current.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts of that state. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
